Tuesdays nights 7:30-8:30 Wear "yoga" clothes and bring some water!
8 weeks=$100 Preregister or pay on the first day of class. If you pay in advance the Credit Card fairy can take care of it for you at Shanti- She will not be present on the first day of class!

This is my most recent out of the box henna! My fabulous friend Rebecca wants henna on a grand scale for her birthday- I was most happy to oblige. Personally, I love doing pieces that wrap and warp with the body's contours, so the collarbone/shoulder challenge was great fun!

Oldies but Goldies

A few months back I got to work with some great musicians. I was JD and the Shenandoahs special guest during the CD release concert at Court Square Theatre in Harrisonburg, VA. All I have to say is that there is nothing on this Earth like a shimmy v. guitar solo fight to the finish! I love these guys and you should too!
